Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients. Clinically and radiographically confirmed non-contained infrabony defect with PPD greater than 6 mm and CAL greater than 5 mm (in stage III/IV periodontitis as per 2017 classification) Patients with good oral hygiene maintenance after phase I therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sites with Gingival recession Patients who had undergone previous periodontal surgical therapy Sites requiring resective osseous surgery Sites with non -carious cervical lesions(NCCL) Smokers
