Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients being prescribed PPIs as one of the prescribed drug visiting the OPD of the Department of General Medicine. 2.Adult patients of either sex. 3.Patient willing to participate by giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non Co-operative patient 2. Any severely ill patient
