Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 80 years Elective posterior cervical spine surgery Willingness to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria: PREVIOUS CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY INFECTION,TUMOUR,TRAUMA SKIN INFECTION AT INJECTION SITE
