Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male children aged 1 year to 8 years ASA physical status 1 and 2 Scheduled for hypospadias surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bleeding disorders Neurological dysfunction of lower limbs Local anesthetic allergy Cognitive dysfunction Local site infection
