Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients. Minimum of two teeth with Probing pocket depth greater than or equal to 5mm in each quadrant on contralateral side. Clinical attachment loss greater then or equal to 5mm. Localised/Generalised periodontitis patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients Teeth with poor prognosis Pregnant and lactating women Smokers Patients on medications known to interfere with periodontal tissue health and healing Previous periodontal surgery on the involved teeth
