Intervention1: Fast Track Extubation: On operation table extubation of the patient, in which when patient is hemodynamically and clinically fit for extubation the endotracheal tube is removed on table

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of ether sex, Age greater than or equal to 18 years till age less than 65 years undergoing Elective broncho tracheal repair postoperatively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative and postoperative ventilator dependence Severe respiratory failure requiring prolonged ventilation Emergency tracheoplasty Hemodynamically unstable
