Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 30 to 55 years Positive slump test and SLR test of more than 35 degrees Duration of symptoms more than 3 months chronic condition Pain intensity more than or equal to 4 on Numeric Pain Rating Scale Willing to give informed consent and comply with study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lumbar spine surgery Severe spinal deformities Sciatica due to non discogenic causes like tumor, infection etc. Pregnancy Severe neurological deficits
