Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: In between 20 and 40 years of age Gender: Both Male and Female. Clinically diagnosed Allergic Rhinitis Patients Patients fit for performing Pranayama Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering Deviated nasal septum with severe obstruction Not willing to participate in the study History of nasal Polyp or sinus surgery Patients suffering from Chronic respiratory diseases COPD, Tuberculosis, Bronchial Asthma Regular yoga / pranayama practitioners or active sports persons Pregnancy Antibiotic use in the last 4-6 weeks
