Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:18 to 45 years Craniovertebral angle:less than 50 Pectoralis minor tightness VAS:3 to 7 Subject willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with recent injury to upper limb and cervical spine Any recent fracture at upper limb and cervical spine Individuals with neurological symptoms and disorder Individual with shoulder pathology or systemic musculoskeletal disease Any surgery to the shoulder in last 6 months Pregnant womens
