Primary Outcomes measure: Collection of Mantroccara in Caraka Samhita: Identification and collection of references pertaining to Mantroccara in the treatment of various diseases. Success Rate and Efficacy of Vamana Karma with Mantroccara : by measuring clinical markers such as the number of eliminations, signs of proper Vamana (Samyaka Lakshana), and overall symptom relief during Vamana karma. Timepoint: 7th,14th, 21th and 28th Day post vamana

Patient-Reported Outcomes on Comfort & Satisfaction: Assessment of subjective patient experiences during Vamana Karma through PROMIS (Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System), focusing on comfort & overall satisfaction with the procedure when accompanied by Mantroccara without it.
