Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above Histopathologically confirmed mandibular squamous cell carcinoma Presence of skin involvement Patients with ipsilateral cervical lymph node metastasis Patients willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary tumour crossing the midline. 2. Patients with H/O neoadjuvant RT/CT. 3. Surgical inoperable lesion. 4. Patient with poor ASA grading (for egg: - ASA IV)
