Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having clinical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya according to Ayurveda and modern science. Both sex groups were randomly selected. Patients with BMI more than 25 Kg/m Patiens with Waist-Hip ratio from moderate to high Patiens with Waist circumference from mild-moderate, and severe risk
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 20 and above 55 years of age. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Patients having a history of serious systemic disorder like cardiac disorders, renal and hepatic impairment, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalance and any type of cancer. Patients with long term steroid treatments.
