Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients more than 18 years of age both genders and American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1 and 2 undergoing robotic surgeries requiring Trendelenburg position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a Known intracranial pathology. b History suggestive of raised intracranial pressure. c Any ocular condition which makes optic nerve diameter measurement using ultrasound difficult or unreliable. d Patients not willing to participate

To determine the association of various peri-operative factors with the change in optic nerve sheath diameter in patients undergoing robotic surgery in Trendelenburg positionTimepoint: Baseline T0 5 mins after intubation in supine position T1 10 mins after establishing Trendelenburg position T2 2 hours after establishing Trendelenburg position T3 10 mins after returning patient to supine position after surgery

To evaluate the association of magnitude of increase in ONSD with the patients recovery profileTimepoint: Baseline T0 5 mins after intubation in supine position T1 10 mins after establishing Trendelenburg position T2 2 hours after establishing Trendelenburg position T3 10 mins after returning patient to supine position after surgery
