Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Age between 60 to 75 years -Either Gender -Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for atleast one year on diabetic medication (including oral hypoglycemic agents and/or insulin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Any prior medically diagnosed, clinically significant cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions that limit participation in exercise, as determined by medical history and self-reported PAR-Q+. -Individuals who have vision and hearing impairment -Individuals who have undergone any lower extremity surgeries in the past 6 months -Any diagnosed major psychological disorders and moderate to severe cognitive impairment

Thickness (mm) and cross-sectional area of muscle(cm2) using Muscle ultrasound imaging Functional Fitness using Senior Fitness TestTimepoint: Muscle ultrasound imaging will be assessed at two time points, at baseline and at 24th week.
