Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 25 to 50 years diagnosed with chronic mechanical low back pain of more than three months duration. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of spinal fracture, tumour, infection, inflammatory disorders, neurological deficits, Previous spinal surgery, pregnancy, patients with known history of severe psychological disorders or cognitive impairment affecting participation, any serious ischemic illness. Patients currently undergoing other physiotherapy interventions.
