Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients above the age of 18 years and below 70 years irrespective of caste gender religion and socioeconomic status 2 Low anal fistula and subcutaneous fistula (According to Milligan Morgan classification) 3 Intersphincteric and transphincteric fistula (According to Parks classification) 4 St James University Hospital (SJUH) classification I to IV 5 Patients who are willing to enrol in the study by giving written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with secondary fistula like Ulcerative colitis Crohns disease Tuberculosis Hidradenitis Suppurativa Carcinoma of rectum & anal canal 2 Subjects with other systemic illness like uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus HIV and HBsAg positive subjects 3 Pregnancy and lactating women 4 Subjects having haemoglobin less than 10 gm% 5 Subjects with H/O impaired cardiac renal and hepatic function 6 High anal fistula (According to Milligan Morgan classification High anal and Pelvirectal and Parks classification Supralevator/suprasphincteric and Extrasphincteric)
