Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients 18 to 80 years of age Of either sex Requiring neuromuscular blockade for elective surgical procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusing consent MMPS more than or equal to 3 Pre-existing neuromuscular disorder CNS disorders

To compare the haemodynamic stress response (change in heart rate from baseline to one minute after intubation) in standard group versus TOF based groupTimepoint: Baseline One minute after intubation
