Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed OLP Age 18 60 years Patients with moderate to high stress (Score above 14 on PSS Scale) Ability to attend follow-up and psychotherapy sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic steroid/immunosuppressive therapy Patients currently undergoing psychotherapy elsewhere Pregnant and lactating women History of severe psychiatric illness
