Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient following verbal command First-ever unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke Duration of stroke: 1 6 months (subacute phase) Ability to sit independently for at least 30 seconds Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score less then 2 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale less then 3) Other neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson s disease) Recurrent stroke Severe cognitive, perceptual, or communication deficits Other neurological musculoskeletal conditions affecting trunk control Unstable medical-cardiac conditions
