Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: Adults aged 18-40 years. 2.Diagnosis of Fibromyalgia: Participants must meet the American College of Rheumatology s (ACR) criteria 2016, for a clinical diagnosis of fibromyalgia. 3.Sleep Disturbances: Reported sleep disturbances, with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 5, indicating poor sleep quality. 4.Ability to Participate in Exercise: Participants must be physically able to engage in a low to moderate-intensity exercise program.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other neurological or psychiatric conditions 2.Pregnancy or breastfeeding 3.Serious medical conditions 4.Current use of specific medications 5.Cognitive Impairments
