Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic tooth with positive response to thermal test and electric pulp tester. Tooth indicated for single sitting root canal treatment. Large pulp exposure during caries removal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Has a positive history of antibiotic use from past 1 month. Requires a post & core or will be planned to serve as prosthetic support. If the patient is allergic to the materials used during root canal treatment.
