Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of two or more trigger points 2. Minimum pain score of 3 or above 3. At least 2 hours of sitting position and work via computer per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma or Injury on neck region (trauma & fracture) 2. Systemic Illness(rheumatoid arthritis & fibromyalgia) 3. Surgery (cervical or shoulder surgery)Skin Conditions (Open wounds, infections, or dermatological conditions) 4. diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy and myelopathy by physician. 5. prolapsed intervertebral disk, neck deformities like scoliosis and torticollis.
