Intervention1: Rubber band ligation or sclerotherapy.: Either Rubber Band ligation or sclerotherapy will be done for patients meeting the inclusion criteria.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above, diagnosed with Grade II and III hemorrhoids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grade III hemorrhoids with associated external component, associated anorectal conditions (fissure, fistula, abscess), bleeding disorders or patients on anticoagulant therapy, pregnant women, patients with history of anorectal surgery
