Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults between age of 18 to 25 years Individuals who are physically healthy and free from any acute illness Both males and females participants who are willing to take part in study Participants who scores more than or equal to 8 in ISI are included in the study College students experiencing difficulty to fall asleep since atleast a month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are under sleeping medications. Participants who consume alcohol or substances that may alter sleep quality during study period. Participants who are suffering from other sleep disorders and major psychiatric disorders. Participants who score less than 8 in ISI are excluded in the study.

Change in sleep quality measured using the Insomnia Severity Scale (ISI) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).Timepoint: pre(baseline) and post intervention(after 20 days).
