Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Grade 1 and Grade 2 Knee Osteoarthritis. Able To Undestand, Speak And Read Kannada and English Language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grade 3 and Grade 4 Knee Osteoarthritis. Unable To Walk Independently With Or Without Assistance. Have Severe Cognitive Impairment Or Any Psychiatric Illness Affecting Comprehension. Have Serious Pathology Such As Malignancy, Recent Fracture Or Recent Ligament Injury
