Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 35 years age Overweight individual having BMI more than or equal to 25 kg per meter square

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any cardiopulmonary disease that may hamper functional capacity of participant, participation in other structured exercise/training programme in past 3 months, any known cardiovascular diseases (such as Peripheral vascular disease, DVT history, active clotting disorders), Pregnancy, any contraindication to limb occlusion (such as sickle cell disease, severe varicose veins, severe neuropathy).
