Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals without any severe neurological deficits that affects memory, cognition, and hindering the ADL performance and independence. Individuals who can ambulate without assistance Individuals without any severe cognitive impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any severe co-morbidity Individuals with any severe balance or coordination issues Individuals who walk with support or assistive devices Individuals who have severe vision and hearing impairment
