Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to give consent for the intravitreal injection therapy Visual acuity less than 6 by 12 Age 40 years or above Minimum follow up of 28 days No active ocular or periocular infection Ability tpo comply with the injection schedule
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of pan retinal photocoagulation Less than one month of the scheduled date of intravitreal injection therapy Eyes with concomitant retinal pathologies leading to cystoid macular edema, increased retinal thickness or retinal neovascularization (example eyes with vascular occlusion, history of uveitis, post operative macular edema, age related macular edema ) History of any retinal surgery in the past Vitreous haemorrhage Tractional retinal detachment Prior history of any intravitreal injection Pre retinal fibrosis involving the macula History of cataract surgery less than 6 months of the scheduled date of the intravitreal injection therapy Patient with history of any renal disease
