Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal samples with sperm concentration, motility and morphology referenced as per WHO, 2021 edition. Abnormal sample such as oligozoospermic with low concentration as mentioned in WHO 2021 edition for their semen analysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asthenozoospermic samples - patients with low motility as referenced by WHO 2021 edition, azoospermic samples where there is no sperm seen in the entire ejaculate and surgically retrieved sperm

MeasureTime frame
To investigate the influence of different sperm processing methods and incubation periods on post-wash sperm yield and viability. sperm processing technique will include density gradient centrifuge followed y swim up and simple wash followed by swim up. the results of this will be compared to determine optimal sperm processing technique for intrauterine insemination also known as IUITimepoint: This will be assessed in hours, 0 hour, 4 hour and 24 hours for each sample over a period of 8 weeks
