Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal samples with sperm concentration, motility and morphology referenced as per WHO, 2021 edition. Abnormal sample such as oligozoospermic with low concentration as mentioned in WHO 2021 edition for their semen analysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Asthenozoospermic samples - patients with low motility as referenced by WHO 2021 edition, azoospermic samples where there is no sperm seen in the entire ejaculate and surgically retrieved sperm
