Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: both male and female patiens of 18-65 years of age who give written informed consent for participation in the study and to undergo necessary investigation and required treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnant or lactating women 2) patients having systematic immunosuppressive therapy 3)Patients having displastic changes in biopsy
