Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parturients undergoing elective/emergency caesarean sections under spinal anaesthesia Gestational age 37-42 weeks American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status classification II. Patients with valid informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications for spinal anaesthesia or planned general anaesthesia Morbidly obese patients Pregnant women with fetal distress/other emergency indication wherein no time will be available to find the study indices

Postspinal anaesthesia vitals are recorded every 2 minutes interval for the first 20 minutes. | — |
