Inclusion criteria: Patient having sheerashool and arha for navan nasya With no significant comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Navan Nasya anrha Patient below 25 year age and above 60 year age Patients with significant comorbidity like Hypertension Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease, Liver Chirosis Head Injury, Chronic Pulmonary Diseases, Cardiac Disorder. Patients who are taking any medications
