Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Avabahuka (shoulder pain, stiffness, restricted movement) as per Ayurvedic and modern criteria. Age group between 18 60 years. Duration of symptoms more than or equal to 3 months. Willing to participate with written informed consent. Fit for Upanaha therapy and Ultrasound therapy, including patients with controlled diabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Shoulder disorders other than adhesive capsulitis (e.g., rotator cuff tear, rheumatoid arthritis). Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or severe liver or kidney disorders. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to therapy materials. History of recent shoulder trauma or surgery. Presence of neurological disorders or use of steroids or analgesics affecting outcomes.
