Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Completely edentulous patients aged 35-75 years. 2. Adequate bone height and width in the mandibular symphyseal region. 3. Sufficient inter-arch space. 4. Healthy oral mucosa without pathology. 5. Willingness to comply with oral hygiene instructions and follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic contraindications to implant surgery (uncontrolled diabetes, radiation therapy, bleeding disorders). 2. History of parafunctional habits or bruxism. 3. Severely resorbed mandibular ridges. 4. Chronic smokers and alcoholics. 5. Psychological or neuromuscular disorders affecting adaptation or mastication.
