Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Renal stones of more than 1 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal stones that are eligible for SWL and RIRS. 2. Malrotated or Ectopic Kidney 3. Horseshoe kidney. 4. Pelvic kidney. 5. H/o any Previous Renal surgery

To compare Stone Free Rate (After one month with NCCT KUB) of supine and prone position.Timepoint: 1 MONTH—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the Peri-operative complications of supine and prone position. To compare the need for auxillary procedure like Shock Wave lithotripsy (SWL), Retrograde Intrarenal surgery(RIRS), Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy (URSL), Double J Stent (DJS) insertion. Timepoint: 1 month—
