Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This randomized clinical study is expected to show that Vidangadi Kashaya(Vidanga,Rajni,Yashti,Nagara,Gokshura) is effective in managing Prameha Purvarupa (prediabetes stage). The formulation may help in reducing blood sugar levels (HbA1c, fasting and postprandial BSL) and improving early symptoms like excessive thirst, fatigue, sweating, and burning sensation. When compared with Pioglitazone, Vidangadi Kashaya is anticipated to provide comparable clinical benefits.Timepoint: 3 months
