Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged between 30 to 60 years 2.Patients presenting with clinical features of Sandhigat Vata as per Ayurvedic classics such as Sandhi Shoola joint pain, Sandhi Shotha joint swelling, Vatapurna Druti Sparsha crepitus in the joint, and Prasarana Akunchana Vedana pain during flexion and extension of the joint 3.Individuals willing and capable of participating in the study regardless of gender, occupation, religion, or socioeconomic status 4.Patients willing to undergo Ayurvedic treatment 5.Participants who meet the study criteria and agree to take prescribed medicines regularly and attend follow up visits on time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with a history or diagnosis of joint fracture, malignant conditions, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic fever, rheumatic heart disease, gouty arthritis, infective arthritis, or Koch disease will not be included in the study 2.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding 3.Patients diagnosed with systemic illnesses such as hypothyroidism, chronic kidney disorders, or HIV 4.Patients who are not willing to participate in the study
