Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ASA grade one and two patients between age of 18 to 65 years Patient able to give informed written consent Patient scheduled to undergo elective general anaesthesia with endo tracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertensive patient using ACE inhibitors and ARBS Patient with drug allergy Patient who are expected to be difficult intubation Patient with BMI more than 35 Pregnant and lactating women
