Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of all social-economic status and any occupation were enrolled. Diagnosed with Primary Insomnia as per DSM-5 criteria. Patients who gave consent for the participation in the study. Cases with functional change or with reversible pathology. Willing to follow up regularly and comply with study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of Sleep Medication: Currently using conventional sedatives/hypnotics or any other treatment for sleep disorders. Severe Mental Illness: Diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other major psychiatric conditions. Unwilling or unable to participate in regular follow-ups or provide accurate information. Receiving homeopathic treatment from other sources during the study period. Pregnant and breast-feeding females
