Intervention1: Individualized homoeopathic medicines: Dose of individualized homoeopathic medicine would be chosen based on individual susceptibility, frequency of dose would be as required
can be daily dose, 2 times a day , 3 times a day , alternate day dose or weekly dose, route of administration of medicine would be oral route, total duration of medicine would be for 6 months Control

Inclusion criteria: Birth Weight 2 kg to 2.5 kg Full Term and Post Term Infants Residing in Orphanage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants with congenital anomalies infants requiring intensive medical care
