Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 35 years undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment. Patients with fully erupted permanent first molars. Patients with mild to moderate crowding. Patients with no previous orthodontic treatment. Patients with good oral health and no active caries or restorations in posterior teeth. Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with carious teeth or restorations in posterior teeth. Patients with severely rotated molars. Patients with active periodontal disease or history of periodontal treatment in the last six months. Patients with severe gingival recession or bone loss. Patients with chronic use of analgesics. Patients with systemic diseases affecting pain perception. Pregnant or lactating patients. Patients with known allergies to study materials. Patients with poor compliance or unwillingness to participate.
