Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Age 65 years or older. 2. Gender: Both male and female 3. Individuals classified as frail based on the frail scale, with a total score of 3-5. 4. Participants able to ambulate independently, with or without an assistive device. 5. Having sufficient visual and hearing capacity to perform cognitive assessment. 6. With or without the history of fall. 7. Able to read and understand Hindi, Gujarati or English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of Neurological, Cardiorespiratory, Musculoskeletal conditions within the previous 6 months. 2. Acute illness or injury on the day of the functional assessment.

Modified Fall Efficacy scale (MFES) will evaluate the participant s confidence in performing functional daily activities without falling. Assessment will be conducted at baseline.Timepoint: At base line
