Intervention1: kali bromatum in centesimal potency: Group A Intervention Group (Centesimal Potency) Patients will receive Kali bromatum 30C potency. Dose: 4 globules per dose Route of administration

Inclusion criteria: patient giving written consent . patient in adult age group in any gender will be eligible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient below 18 yrs age. patient who dose not give consent. female patient who is pregnant and lactating.
