Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the adult patients of Achilles Tendinopathy attending department of Orthopaedics, KMC Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with congenital deformities 2. Patient with incomplete records 3. Previously operated achilles tendinopathy patients 4. Charcot arthropathy patients 5. Patients of inflammatory arthritis

1)Clinical assessment of pain and functional outcome pre and post management of Achilles tendinopathy. 2)Radiological assessment at presentation with Radiographs , Ultrasound and MRI 3)To denote the complications associated with achilles tendinopathy. 4)To determine demographic distribution of achilles tendinopathy. Timepoint: Day 0, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months
