Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both gender. Patients of age group 30 yrs 50 yrs. Patients of all religions. Patients of all socio-economic background. Patients who agree to give consent for the study. Patients suffering from essential hypertension. History and examination did not revealed any complications or secondary causes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 30 yrs and above 50 yrs . 2) Diagnosis or findings from the history were uncertain. 3) Physical examination or routine investigations produced suspicion of a secondary cause for hypertension. 4) Patients on any kind of continued anti-hypertensive therapy in last six months. 5) Patients suffering from isolated systolic hypertension. 6) Patients suffering from conditions other than essential hypertension. 7) Cases with fatal and systemic complications. 8) Patients with known immunocompromised disease will also be excluded. 9) Patients who refuse to give proper case history. 10) Subjects not considered capable, as judged by the investigator, of following instructions of the study, eg because of the history of alcohol or drug abuse or any other reason. 11)Pregnancy and lactating women.

To determine efficacy of Homoeopathic medicines in the management of Essential Hypertension in clinical trials To determine the efficacy of Homoeopathic medicines in treatment of essential hypertension with lifestyle modification To measure blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Remedy confirmation rate will be determined by follow up symptoms and clinical response to the prescribed medicine.Timepoint: Outcome assessment will be done only at pre study (Baseline) and post study at end of 3 months. Follow up visits will be conducted every 7- 15 days during this period
