Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systematically healthy patients with age group 18-50 years of both genders. Periodontitis as per AAP Classification 2017 Patients having pocket 4mm and7mm Intervention of 3 walled infrabony defects caused by chronic periodontitis Endodontically sound tooth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised patients. Patients on antibiotics for the last 3 month. Pregnant and lactating women. Periodontal treatment in last 6 months. Patients with (Alcoholism, Smoking, Consumption of Tobacco in any form) Patients with systemic diseases affecting periodontium. Patients with gingival recession, mobility of teeth and furcation involvement at the site of intervention Parafunctional habits.
