Exclusion criteria: 1.Known Case Of Severe Systemic Disease Like Uncontrolled Diabetes Or Hypertension 2.Pregnant And Lactating Women 3.Known Allergy To Any Study Drug 4.Duration Of Illness More Than One Year 5.Known Case Of Shoulder Dislocation,Fracture And Surgery
