Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study includes type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who: Patients who are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus receive insulin administration for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Patients aged 18 years and above. Patients who are available during the data collection period. Patients who can understand and communicate in Kannada or English. Patients who are willing to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus or gestational diabetes mellitus. Patients who are not currently on insulin therapy. Patients who are critically ill or hospitalized at the time of data collection. Patients who have cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness may interfere with their ability to respond to the questionnaire. Patients who have severe complications unrelated to insulin administration may affect quality of life assessment (e.g., terminal illness). Patients those who are using insulin pump
