Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age 18-60 years 2. Gender (both males and females) 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal by the patient 2. Patients with history of allergy to study drugs 3. Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade III or more 4. Morbid obesity 5. Pregnant and lactating patient 6. Renal and Hepatic insufficiency 7. Chronic use of analgesic or any other chronic drug therapy 8. Coagulation disorder 9. Alcohol or opioid abuse 10. History of psychiatric or neurological disease 11. History of hypotension, bradycardia, atrioventricular block
