Intervention1: Muscle Energy Technique: The study comprises of a single session of 45 minutes. Muscle energy technique (post-isometric relaxation) will be given to the trapezius muscle bilaterally 5-7

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate and give consent Average cumulative screen time of more than 4 hours/day Young adults (20-39 years) Cervical Proprioception affection of more than 4.5 degrees error or a difference of 7.1cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with no cervical proprioception deficit Infection of the cervical spine Degenerative conditions of the cervical spine Malignant conditions of the cervical spine Congenital or developmental abnormalities of the cervical spine Inflammatory conditions of cervical spine
